Position Summary:

Open position available in Rapid Analytics, a highly technical team in a dynamic work environment. Responsible for performing contract development services specializing in biophysical and particle characterization to support formulation, analytical development, and stability programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with biophysical, biochemical and biopharmaceutical principles and techniques to test pharmaceutical products.
• Experience with techniques such as HPLC, cIEF, Flow Cytometry, Micro-Flow Imaging, Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis, Microspectroscopy, Analytical Ultracentrifugation, and other techniques applicable to monitor physical and chemical stability of the proteins.
• Design and develop innovative approaches for statistical analysis, reporting, and visualizing complex datasets.
• Produce high quality documentation suitable for publication and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a spokesperson on development programs within KBI and with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain laboratory notebook and general understanding of Good Documentation Principles to document experimental observations.
• Regularly exercise technical discretion in the execution and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project goals.
• Additionally,staff may assist with staff training, inspection preparation activities, protocol and report writing, project coordination, continuous improvement efforts to improve process robustness and efficiency and other relatedAnalyticaltasks. Staff may represent KBI and its programs with regulatory agencies as well as business partners.
• Strong willingness to learn and work in teams. Able to react to change productively.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ph.D. and 0-2 years directly related experience or Master's and seven years related experience or Bachelor's and nine years of related experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of technical writing experience (experience in GMP environment a plus).

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
